Our main ambition: To create the biggest database of watch prices in the world!
Can I buy a watch from you?
No, we do not sell any watches, we supply valuable market information for free and sell price information for a minor service fee.
Will SwissManufactures ever sell watches?
No, definitely not!
What exactly am I buying from you?
You are buying PriceBroker’s price list in the form of a PDF file, which is a standardized version of the original recommended retail price list, which you can find in more or less any watch store worldwide.
What is a PDF?!
It comes from Portable Document Format, the de facto standard for document publishing from Adobe. On the Web there are countless brochures, data sheets, white papers and technical manuals in the PDF format.
What do you mean with standardization of all the lists?
The concept and design of each individual list is different, so we have created a meta-list with a maximum of four columns; Model, Reference, Material and Price.
Is there a minimum of columns?
At least two columns are guaranteed, they are Reference and Price.
What kind of software do I need to view PriceBroker’s price list?
You have to have the Adobe Reader software on your computer, if you want to download the latest version of Adobe Reader, just click here. » Adobe
Where do you get your recommended retail price lists from?
We go personally to authorized dealers throughout the world, and collect them from shows & exhibitions. Further more, we have a network of dealers who provide lists as computer files (.pdf, .xls & .doc).
How do I know that the information on PriceBroker’s price list is correct?!
Every list is personally scanned via OCR software (e.g. ABBYY FineReader), which provides an exceptional recognition accuracy and layout retention of 98%. Then, a team member checks the data and uploads it to our database. ‘To err is human’, please contact us directly, if you find an error in one of the lists. Thank you! » Contact
